Road safety
The SAIA Board Committee: Motor recommended the formation of a Coalition on Road Safety. This proposal seeks to achieve a co-ordinated approach to road safety initiatives at provincial and national level and will be driven under the leadership of SAIA.
In further support of road safety, SAIA has undertaken to contribute financially to the Breathalyzer Test Initiative, which is driven by the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD).
